Once in a while a mouthpiece will get dropped and the tip will chip right off. Ouch!!

This repair turned out pretty good

Customer asked me to put a brace on the neck to reinforce it. Turned out pretty good!

Its been a while.selmer1 selmer2

Here’s my latest project. 1932 Selmer Super alto. Should be real nice when I’m finished.

Once in a while someone will ask to have a mouthpiece banded to repair a crack, prevent a crack, or just for looks.

The copper here looks nice. The lathe comes in handy for these jobs.

I was asked by a friend to build a trumpet from a valve casing, lead pipe, and bell. Sent the valve casing down to Anderson Plating in the States, and they did a great job on the valve job.

Making all the slide parts, and removable bell was quite a bit of work. This horn will have 3 bells when complete.

Soon I will be doing the finish on it. Will post when done.
